Introduction

Our range of bacterial culture products for wastewater treatment are the result of a long-term research and development effort and years of experience utilising bioaugmentation to solve wastewater problems.
The specially selected bacteria in the RoeTech line of bacterial cultures consist of three microbial mixtures of non-pathogenic, naturally occurring Bacillus bacteria in stable spore concentrates which are available in either dry or liquid form. Additionally, there are two mixtures of Bacillus and Pseudomonas bacteria in powder form.
RoeTech bacterial products are used to effectively treat municipal and industrial waste waters and other wastes including surfactants, petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, fats, oil and greases (FOG), BOD5, H2S and sludge. The successful degradation of these wastes is through bacterial activity and the production of enzymes including proteases, lipases, amylases, ureases, celluases, and/or reductases. Our bacterial products are used in high strength organic and solids loading situations including manure lagoons and composting operations to control odour and for BOD5 reduction and sludge reduction. Roetech bacteria are used to treat a broad spectrum of waste and wastewater challenges.

ROETECH 106A

Contains Six Bacillus Bacteria
ROETECH 106A is a highly concentrated spore mixture of six patented Bacillus bacteria. Each strain produces multiple enzymes resulting in an extremely powerful biological treatment product.

ROETECH 106A is designed for use in wastewater treatment systems including municipal sewage plants, food processing, livestock manure ponds and lagoons, or areas where large volumes of waste require treatment. Alternatively, this product can be used in the formulation of biological products.

Dosage rates will vary considerably depending on the application and system design. Technical assistance is recommended and available to ensure utilisation of the bacteria for maximum benefit at the greatest economy.

Available as a concentrate (10 Billion CFU/ml) or diluted (300 Million CFU/ml)

ROETECH 106PS

Contains Six Bacillus and two Pseudomonas

ROETECH 106PS is a highly concentrated mixture of spores and vegetative bacteria. Six Bacillus bacteria combined with two Pseudonomas species provide a multiple enzyme producing culture with enhanced capacity to degrade surfactants, hydrocarbons and other chemicals in addition to standard sewage components.

ROETECH 302

One Bacillus and three Pseudomonas

ROETECH 302 is a highly concentrated mixture of spore and vegetative bacteria. One Bacillus strain combined with three Pseudonomas strains provide multiple enzyme producing culture designed specifically to surfactants, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, ammonia, oils and other compounds which can be more difficult to degrade and pose a pollution hazard. It is the product of choice for ammonia reduction.

ROETECH 302 is 70% Pseudomonas bacteria and 30% Bacillus in a very concentrated one billion per gram powder.
